The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and attentive during my stay.

I was truly disappointed to find four roaches running around in my room. when I arrived, they were out of food, and what the clerk reheated was cold and hard. It was hard to enjoy anything about the stay with these issues lingering in my mind.

I had a decent stay with a clean room and great internet, but breakfast left much to be desired since the food was cold and unappetizing.

The internet connectivity was fantastic and really

helped us during our stay. The cleanliness of the room stood out, although I faced some issues with the breakfast options being insufficient. Overall, the staff was friendly, but the dining service needs improvement.

I appreciated the spaciousness of the areas and the easy accessibility throughout the Econo Lodge Inn & Suites, which made it senior-friendly. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the décor added a nice touch to the overall comfort.

More breakfast options would be beneficial.

I checked in hoping for a simple but comfortable stay. The room cleanliness surprised me. everything felt fresh and tidy. However, my stay took a turn when I requested more pillows and towels. The front desk response was less than welcoming, telling me to come and get them myself. It felt off-putting. My grandbaby had filthy feet after just running around the room, which indicated the floors might need better attention. Breakfast was another disappointment. Although the food was prepared on the spot, it ended up cold. I also faced the lack of a downstairs room even after requesting one due to my knee issues. It was frustrating since I had specifically mentioned this when making the reservation.
